Ashley, you are working so hard. I hope you can continue to keep up until maternity leave. Yes, they do carry the backing rings for the 5.5 Mighty Hoops. I have several sizes of the backing rings but don’t use any of them often. Using the snowman for the monogram on the plus size t-shirt would guarantee perfect placement. But, I know we usually do things the way we become accustomed to doing them. I hope you get some rest this weekend.
I do not have a business but I also prefer to send the designs to my 10 needle via the cable rather than the usb stick. I really find your vlogs motivating and informative.
Only idea I have is to seek help from family and or a friend with doing inventory each week. That would open up more time to do the creating. Your old system could be put back into use. They would open boxes, check it all came in the box, put the items away, etc…. If it’s always busy on one day with organizing would another pair of hands help or hinder on that day? Is there a way to take that bulk list on Monday and have another pull the items you need for each order for an envelope/bag until you get to it? Seems like things have gotten bigger with needs. Adding in a new baby with a toddler and trying to keep up with work sounds like it’s a potential for way to many projects to do great at. Remember to do some “me” time. Take care.
I realized about a week ago that I didn’t have my notification bell on for your videos and that’s why I was barely catching your new uploads so I’ve been really enjoying binging your videos while I work. Hope things continue to go really well for you so you can enjoy your maternity leave with little to no worries🥰 You work so hard you deserve a nice break, even though having a new baby is far from an actual break but a break away from embroidery work.
I love watching your videos. Watching you working even when you're heavily pregnant motivates me to get up and work hard as well. My daughter is already 2 years old and she likes playing with my sewing stuff, especially when I'm working. 😣 That is why I work at night until early morning, which I know is not healthy. Now I'm trying some system wherein I can work during the day, while taking care of her, without me losing all my patience and sewjo. 😁😂
It amazes me how you keep your orders and jackets all organized. I feel like I would mess it up so easily! Great work with me and love how long this video is! I am hoping to make adult clothing soon as well and your videos are very motivational. Keep up the great work!!
My goodness! You are really working so hard, while pregnant, how do you do it! Will you be closing down for a time when your baby arrives? I’ve given birth to 4 (separately not by multiple) and know all to well how it can wipe you out! Take Care! 🌸💜
Yes, I plan to take time off. I took about 10 weeks off with Blakely so I plan to do about the same this time as well. I'll be coming back in the summer when I am normally slower so that will help too!
Could you please tell me your “system” for using multiple machines? I just got my 2nd machine & I’m having a hard time trying to figure out the best way to make the most items. Do you hoop & prep all of your daily work before going to the machines or how do you do it? Thank you so so much!
I do try to prep whatever I can. I make sure I have my files setup, items to be done all sorted and stacked in order to be completed. I use multiple hoops (or fast frames), so I have those prepped or the stabilizer cut and ready. From there, it's just finding your groove. I do not typically run applique on more than 1 machine at a time so that helps too!
Hooping a single needle is such a pain in the butt. The magnet ones would be so much easier. You’re a busy bee
Unbelievable how hard you work-
Wow! I've watched many of your videos, and each one is busier than the last! Good work Ashley!
Congratulations!!! ❤❤❤

Yay for a super long video! I will be watching while I work tonight ❤❤

You work so hard! Love seeing this behind the scenes 🤎
Ashley, how are you feeling? Love to what you work and get so many tips and learning from you. Thank you so much.
Wow busy busy, you got this! ❤️
Ooo! Missed this but watching now while I work

Finally finished watching. You got me through last Saturday 😅

Ashley, I use the narrow end of my ironing board to hoop the Easter baskets using my Mighty Hoops.

Hi, I have seen a you tuber name Cyndi Moncada she has a nice way she does her inventory.
Where do you get your jackets from? You're such an inspiration..
Most are wholesale from Sanmar
How do you hoop the jackets so fast?? Do you just eyeball? I drive myself nuts with this? Love your videos!
I use the landmarks on the jacket, some eyeballing, the lines in my cutting board/ fastframes, and about 10 years of practice 🫣🤣.
Girl! You need another machine!
Love your videos, quick question did you do a gender reveal ?

I looked on your notes and don’t see the link for the mini iron. Could you please tell me what it is? 🌸
The exact one I have is not available but this one is similar or you can search Amazon for "mini heat press"

Love the belly! I bet you talk to yourself a lot sorting out all that . A lot of stock makes you stinting on a pile of $$
How many weeks turn out do you offer on Etsy?
I try to stay at a 1 week production time.
What is vloging??
