Just a tip for checking out the notes: if you go into the map editor and search the objects list for 'note' you will find all of them (they're medium objects btw). You won't always know the location of the notes, but sometimes it will have it in the name (Russia Note - Subway) and sometimes it won't (Note - Mission Briefing). :)

You should really make your own server where you possibly could do stuff like 2RGames, with not only normal survival but also other events and such, maybe to get money from it you could start a twitch and say that there's a subscriber only day, where you play together with your subscribers and such.
