Pets must be same rarity to fuse (ie common & common), and changing the pets class let's it fuse with anything there. Like changing it from canine to exotic let's it fuse with other exotic types now but not canine anymore
If I use the free saddle bag will it just give one slot to all of my pets?? Or is it one bag per pet. I got the saddle bag before I went to sleep and wanted to wait to find out.

The saddle bag will give 1 pet (the one you are using) it's first inventory slot. If the pet has any slots already, the bag can't be used on that pet.
