What a nice idea to have a video to help put this together. Too bad it doesn't show how to get the strap under a king size mattress or show what to do with the T bar. Unfortunately, every answer I read said to talk to customer service. Why can't they just say without having to do this extra step?
I agree with other comments here- mine came with the T piece, but the written instructions are not clear. Why was that not included in the video so we can see how to use it? It is a safety concern because it would not have been included otherwise. Please include all parts in your video. Thank you.

@vivehealth there have been several questions regarding the T shaped piece included with assembly. You have not answered any of these inquiries. What is it for? Why can't this be answered in this forum? Why do we need to call customer service???
My parts included a T shaped metal piece not listed on the parts list or this video. Any ideas what to do with this? I assume it's part of the anchoring of the bed rail to the bed, I'm having a senior moment and don't have a clue.
@@ViveHealth I have the same question. It would be more helpful to provide guidance where more eyes would see it, instead of sending us all to your support avenues individually.
Same question, though the T-shaped piece on mine is plastic and has a strap buckle. Presumably intended to make the strap tighter by adding more dimensionality to the path, but not clear how it's intended to be used
Just curious what the piece with the 2 holes and the buckle is for? Seems you added a piece but did not include it in the instruction book nor update the video
I received a black piece of plastic which is not included in the instructions nor in this video. I am unable to figure out what it is for. I am unable to make the rail secure enough to use.

I just watched the video. How can you thread the strap on a king size bed. I would need to find someone strong 😂 enough to lift the mattress up. I’m single and single and recovering from surgery. Thanks for a solution!
Hi Patricia! Yes, This bed rail is compatible with twin, queen, king and california king matresses! You can find the bed rail in this video on our website 👉 vhealth.link/clc

Thanks for taking the time to make this video. Much appreciated.
Is the strap long enough for Queen size mattress
Yes, it will properly adjust around it.

Easy if you have a tiny bed frame
For bigger beds we also have the Bed Rail! Take a look: www.vivehealth.com/products/bed-safety-rail
So what is the 'T' shaped plastic piece with two holes and a buckle for?
How is the rail lowered when not in use? The advertisement said it could be but the video doesn't demonstrate it.
There’s no mention of the T piece?? Why not? Was this added later for extra safety? New video??
I have these rails. There is a t shaped piece of black plasic that is appare tly to be used with the strap but you didn't show how to do it.

Thank you
Glad it was helpful! Have a Great Day!
If I connected c and d wrong how do I take it apart?
Can't slide the rail up and down after removing the white clips because it's too tough. The metal looks different then in this video.

Where can I purchase this bed rail with the safety strap?
Check out the link in the description, it goes to our website!: vhealth.link/clc
Does this is good for a full bed

This is unrealistic. Not everyone will use this with a hospital bed at home. How about a mattress w/box spring or on a platform bed.
