they nerf the skill , making it dealt 10 dmg = 1 nova gas grenade dmg without skill lv 4 , i would say that this isn't broken but in some situation 10 dmg is still something. the dmg in melee attack however still very high which is p2w in my opinion + the attack speed debuff isn't do well bc the claymore is obivious better than regular knife in term of dps and kill time so yeah they nerf it but still p2w , if they wanted to make this claymore less broken then they should - movement speed , - dmg bonus ( - 20 dmg ) so it can only dealt 70 not 90 , and with that debuff it could be fair for f2p player , they can keep the skill however because it isn't broken anymore or to be short they could've just need to release a free version of this claymore ( with the nerf i mentioned before ofc )
