Homecoming concert from FBC Montgomery Youth Choir Tour. June 2010 NO COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT INTENDED. ORIGINAL MUSIC AND LYRICS BY JOEL LYNDSEY AND TWILA LaBAR.
God bless you young lady. I know that your folks are very proud of you. I'm a 61 y.o. W.M. Married very happily for almost 40 years. We had one child, a son who died at age 29 and was faithful to GOD so our boy is in Abraham's bosom. We pray that you will always read and study the Bible carefully to make sure you are Heaven in eternity. God's blessings be upon you and your folks. Respectfully.
Wow! She did an amazing job! We just recently found this song. My sister died Saturday at age 24 and we played this as her slide show music! It's true!! Grace was made for lives like this!! Rest in Grace Sarah!
This is a powerful song and speaks the very deep need for all of us. I first hear this song about 10 years ago when a community chior in which I sang included it in its Easter program. I have since hear it performed by several artist/groups but this presentation is the most beautiful one . Even stronger than Avalon's. The young lady singing the lead has a marvelous voice. I wonder how she is using this gift from God today? Efb
it actually does matter what you wear; because in the Bible it says that our bodies are temples of God; we are a part of Him, you can't just walk around showing off everything and then wear a necklace around your neck and be like "it's okay im a christian" like im just saying. when you really have God in you the outside will reflect what's on the inside.
skyline You will never find a passage in the Bible where someone is praising God, and not shouting, jumping, laughing, joyful, etc. If your "heart" is in it, you will at least smile. There was literally a black boy falling asleep in the first minute of the video! I don't believe these kids even wanted to sing this song, except for the soloist, and I was just commenting about how sad it is that they don't see the joy in singing a song about how everyone in Christ has a family. Far be it from me to judge the hearts of others, that's for God to see alone, but anyone in that church who looked at the morose youth choir behind the soloist, I no doubt lost their sense of joyful praise in the same why that I do if I watch them.
I had to re read these comments several times, to make sure it wasn't a joke. "Harlot clothing"? "Calling themselves Christians?" Your observation is nothing more than a misguided opinion based on your ignorance and prejudices. I rejoice in the fact that these Christian women and men are using their talents to the glory of God. They are not stumbling blocks but building blocks for His kingdom.
That kind of attitude is why many people have a hard time even liking Christians. What is wrong with her attire? You may personally prefer to wear skirts down to your ankle, and not let your collarbone show...and that's fine....but when others prefer to wear something different to that it doesn't make it wrong, or "harlot's attire ". She's not even showing anything for goodness sake! ANYWAYS..She has a beautiful voice!
Whoever she is, that’s one incredibly beautiful voice!

what Key is that at da start?
Who was the arranger?
im new to this Channel, who is singing?
Why do ALL of these kids look like their in pain, or like performing this song is torture? They should all be smiling! XD
The song has a very serious vibe to it
skyline it's a song of praise and elation. some of those teens don't even look like the really want to be there.
When you're thankful / honoring someone you don't have to be smiling - it's the heart that counts.

This isn't praise music..
Pause at 1:19 looked like the boy fell asleep
the boys in the background also look like they are bored/tired. ;D
What would he be checking out?? She has a loose dress on! Just because your mind apparently was in the gutter doesn't mean his was as well.

Needs harmonies earlier you can tell every choir memberis bored

Lol you have the worst background choir :)
nice voice, but your choir needs to be a lot more enthusiastic.
