Omg...I have never seen Octavian singing on my island lol, his tone is unique when singing.
Try to put a mic or a radio near him and it helps if you have high friendship with him too! Yes he sounds like a Dad singing lol

His tone is based on his personality. Since Octavian is a cranky, his tone is deeper.

Yes the whistle gave me chills! I was walking when I found them lol I stopped to record everything! It helps if you have a radio near the plaza!

When Octavian was 24 and Marina and Zucker was 22 they graduate from school and moved to Animal Crossing and the mom well Tickles passed away from heart failure, Marina and Zucker saw their mom collapse on the floor they panicked and called for their brother and their father.

The only cranky I've ever seen singing are Apollo and Rocco, and I have Octavian
Yess Apollo is more likely to sing due to his hobby which is music! Octavian has the play hobby while Rocco has education

I found them randomly in the plaza but it helps to put a radio beside it so you can always find villagers singing!
