I'm encountering an issue with the table of contents block on my website's single post. After adding the block, all the headings (H1, H2, H3, and H4) are aligned to the same left margin, rather than displaying in a hierarchical format. Could you please assist me in resolving this?

    Hi Nitin,
I am interested in creating a blog post having two columnar layout and table of content (having highlighted section as we move the main page) on the left column and main content on the right column, for example, en.wikipedia.org/wiki/C/2022_E3_(ZTF).
Do you have any suggestions to begin with?

      Hello,
Thanks for watching and asking your query. For creating your desired layout, first, you need to add a Row Layout section with 2 columns. In your WordPress editor, click on the "+" sign to add the "Row Layout" and select double-column layout. Create your blog post and enter the text or images/videos in this two-columned layout.
Now using the method I explained in the video, create a hook element for "Table of Contents" and add it to the left sidebar widget. I explained how you can make it sticky by scrolling the page in the video itself.
Now, your other query is about making the section highlighted while scrolling down. To do this, go to the "Table of Content block settings" when you are creating the hook element. In the block setting, go to Scroll Settings>Enable Highlighting Heading when scrolling in the active area. Just enable this option.
Just try it yourself and watch the video again.
I hope this will solve your query. Have a nice weekend.

@@nitindabasblog Thanks for this helpful video and the explanation provided to the person's query. I want to do something similar to what @mr.stemedutv5514 asked. However, instead of table of contents on the side, I want to show articles in the same series. For instance, I'm writing a series of articles on just Kadence Theme and if the person is reading the article about Kadence blocks, I want to display a fixed table of contents style section on the left part of the screen that shows other articles in the series like what is Kadence theme, how to install Kadence in Wordpress, how to use starter templates, how to use Kadence blocks, etc.
Any tips on how I can achieve this? Thanks in advance.

Hi Shrotkatewa, thanks for your feedback. To fulfill your task, you need to create a widget. Create a row layout in it and add the advanced image block and then the advanced text block.
You should remember to keep both blocks in the stack. In the advanced image block, you should add the featured image of your article related to the Kadence theme, and in the advanced text, add your blog post title and link it to the post URL.
Similarly, you should add 3-4 blog posts of your Kadence theme series in that widget. After that make that widget sticky as I explained in the video.
I hope this will help you.
