    I am 52 from Chicago. When I was a kid, the goal was to not go to jail.
    By the time I was 25, it seemed that you got credit for going to jail as opposed to not.
    Ninjas that went to jailed was seen as not on their thang.

      I know now that the object is to not go to jail however, just speaking of my upbringing.

    Crazy this popped up on my feed but I was told that by my stepdad “you need to go to prison it’ll make a man out you”. How did you get out of that mindset?

      ask yourself why going to prison will make a man out of you, apply the answers you get into your life without the prison part
