Seeing the plight and inconvenience of travelling in general class,it is better to travel at least in the-sleeper class which offers reserved space for sitting and sleeping. It’s hardship-only in general coach. Next time travel by sleeper reserved one only Dear Sandeep. Nice captures whatever could you manage.

I agree, general doesn't show the real India. It could be any coach irrespective of the class. Developed countries don’t have the concept of general, nor do people forced to travel like this.
Nobody is forced except probably very small percentage of people. Rest just want to save monies. 500 ka sleeper bhi logon ko mehnga lagata hai. Income even for plumber masonry electrician has increased like anything, but most just want to save on rail. Wohi log rickshaw aur bus ka full badha Dene mein jyada nahi sochte hai.
