Are you able to fly the career / missions then? Because I can't. I don't see the menu with the mission steps in VR. In 2D, they are there, in the topright corner, like here in this video. But when I switch to VR, they are nowhere and therefore I have no way of knowing what I should do next in the mission/career flight. Do you see that menu in VR? Or know how to bring it up?
OMG Empuriabrava is where I did my tandem skydive when I was 7 years old. My family always went on summer holidays to Spain and I was an adrenaline kid so I really wanted to do that. Back then they said I was the youngest kid to do a tandem there ever, luckely I was a bit chubby or I wouldn't even have fit in the harness. Got the thing filmed on video casette and everything. Seeing you do that mission sure brought back memories. Man now I wish I still had a VCR so I could take that old casette out from under the dust and give it a watch. We didn't use a 172 though back then. The plane was definitely bigger, aside from the guy I was jumping with and the cameraman there were like 6 or so other people jumping too and the door was way bigger. Looking online at what I can see now they use DHC-6 twin otters, which seems similar in size from what I remember from back then (1995) so maybe an older series DHC 6 or something similar was used. Also I remember we jumped from 12000 feet, not 10000
I remember seeing the Optica flying around near Middle Wallop. (Home of the AAC) That was when I was a young soldier at Wallop, 1980. It was designed as an observation platform, hence the helicopter style cabin. Cheaper to run than a helicopter but, nowhere near as accommodating in speed or lift capacity. Just sadly, a one trick pony. Nice in the sim though.
Great videos ! 😁 Do you know if they downgraded the ground textures and photogrammetry ? because I just took off from Dublin,Ireland with the Fenix and my PC is pretty good and all my settings Ultra just ground textures are worst than msfs 2020 and in this airport LDDU is one bug close to the shore and ocean very close to airport, hope they fix it 🙄🤮
@@Av3rag3GuysGaming01I played on a controller for over a year learning how to fly… eventually wanted to play dcs so I bought a hotas, and here I am playing the new msfs with it having a blast! It’s actually very playable on controller surprisingly, but as he said above, after you get more experience doing landings you will understand why you would want a yoke or hotas. Regardless, get flying it’s so much fun
Don't know why so many people complaining... The sim is awesome. You should fly in VR !!
Oh the game is great it's just getting the game to load that's the problem.

@its a simulator , not a game achmali4071

When I play career mode, I’m stuck in the floor when I’m walking around and I can’t get in the plane

Love your stream on it! Can't wait for part 2! Bought it, but my internet connection is too weak to actually play myself.

If you hit one of those cows with the propeller when landing, you'll have hamburger.
Are you excited to fly the TBM in career mode?
Happy early thanksgiving Jeff how's it going what plane you flying Tonight

How did you disable the blue boxes in the air?
Hey Jeff any tips.on using an Xbox controller playing Xbox and love the game
How's your night going Jeff which plane are you flying tonight
is your Throttle on the hotas loose like mine?
Thinking on playing this on Xbox, how hard will it be to learn to fly using an Xbox controller?
Honestly not that bad. Will take some practice maybe, especially for landings, but it’s doable.
@TheeBigR awesome that's for the feedback!

The hardest for me is landing other then that is easy
Your flaps should be fully down before doing the walkaround
Hello is it possible to use to similar joysticks one for throttle and one for flying? It oonly allows me to select one profile at a time. Thank you
Can’t believe there is a career mode now. What happened to the days of hopping into a 747 and cruising low level wherever you like?
There's still free flight mode
Microsoft couldn't spend a few extra dollars on voice actors huh? lol. Sounds like they used AI for it.
Do you know how difficult it would be to voice act a line core EVERY single city
