There is something wrong with this run. The bike is advertised as 45-50 hp
No way its doing 35.
They advertised the bike at the crank.. but tbh they are tchoked up .. exhaust/tune /reed valve deleted they make over 50hp at the wheel
Its an european bike. Its A2 restricted to max 25kw so about 35hp. Make it full power and over 45hp

Surprised. I have a 2013 Husaberg FE 450 thought mine was at least around 50 horse at the rear. Beats anything. Keeps up with a kx500

So the ktm 350 exc f makes 34.7 hp and 22 torque.. Strange
If adding fuel exhaust system , a proper tuning & unlock throttle & ecu restriction can it do 55 Hp?

No way that makes 35 hp I searched up the fe 250 and it said it makes 46 it’s gotta be the exhaust they are so choked up that thing would make over 50

FE/EXC models are restricted due to emissions. The FX and FC450 make over 50hp.
@@34mxrider I´ve read you can remove some kind of restrictor in the airbox and it can breath freely. Shall be a reeally big difference. In Europe (where I live) the restrictor isn´t installed btw.
@@Speedcircle78 Here they are choked up right off the showroom floor. But most enduro bikes are in the US. I think Yamahas and Hondas tend to be more so. Most people end up removing all of that stuff anyway.
This bike was choked so its legal and can be registered. It makes like 50-55 hp when not choked.
@@hupivarma1277 you got any info on that? I’ve been searching but can’t find anything. His wr450f dyna produced way more and I’m trying to see what ima actually get out of the bike. This is barely more power that my modified wr250r

some kind of a misconception or non conforming test standards here, i saw where all the 450 line up was tested, they ranged 52 to 57 hp with ktm at the top, husk was 45hp in 2nd spot, are we bhp horse power? or measured at crankshaft? big diferance my friend.....
the mx versions are far more powerful due to not being restricted due to emission standards etc, so that could be one thing.
the other thing is that most owners will "uncork" (or whatever u call it) the EXC/FE (SM street legal versions) bikes, as they are seriously choked on air and fuel.
most ppl seem to get closer to 7-10 hp out of remapping and changing the exhaust from what ive seen
What numbers are possible with more airflow , free flowing exhaust and more fuel(via controller)? 50's I'd hope, a 2018 is for sale here locally with 200 miles on it.

I've got a old WR426 and it rips. I was trying to get around the road and having some difficulties so I was going to get a newer bike. but damn are these newer bikes that low power?

@@jenniferbarillas65 yea I have a 19 450fx and it tops out at just under 90 mph for the most part , but that's fast enough for dirt lol.
if you were to super moto the wr 450 you would just put different sprockets on it and you would still be able to go over 100 mph with five gears and the first gear is low enough it would be fine

@@hupivarma1277 that's what I'm saying, it's sad this bike has less hp than my 07 because they choke it up so much, so when someone purchases it, they have to spend extra just to get the actual performance out of it
@@cumnmrmptaaa4234 for example ktm exc 125 comes with two pipes. And there is this piece in the airfilter box which you can remove. Then you should get Max Power out of The machine
