My Thai wife had her interview at the embassy in Bangkok last September. First an original document check by an admin clerk and then a short 5 minute interview. She was told she passed and left with a smile.
a friend wanted me to marry his wife.. in his country... and he was under the impression if i marry his wife in his country, the next day him, his wife, and two kids could all fly to the USA with no problems. I said NO.
Nope you’re good plus it’s employment based you got a perm GC so don’t sweat it. Even when you or your family goes in for your citizenship years from now they won’t doubt how you obtained the green card bc there’s very little fraud with approved EB1s. I have a few friends that took the NIW route they’re not worried
I cannot believe it due to the pandemic and Trump and needing a waiver it took me 4 years to get to the USA and we have just filed for my change of status and again knowing it is going to take potentially years is just frustrating and irritating as you just have to jump hoops constantly. Just to live either your spouse and be able to work.
Our marriage base green card has been in process since July. It seems to have skipped the Interview step and now on the Case Decision step last time I checked. I wonder if we still won't need to, or if they'll ask for an interview?
Did you watch the video? It's not actual scrutiny. It's an attempt to trick people. Limiting immigration is not good for the country. But, being that you're a Trump supporter, I wouldn't expect you to understand economics or to possess basic critical thinking skills.
I pitition my wife base base on marriage and she got her 2 years green card without interview.. my question is if she file for her 2 years removal.. its possible we had an interview b4 she ger her 10 years green card??
green card is piece of plastic. Document can be expired but not status. I guess you can just pay the fee and order new piece of plastic. Maybe you will have some type of a fine but overall status can't expire inside U.S. If you left for 20 years then its a different story. Then its gone.

I do appreciate the short informative videos you make. Please keep them coming! Thanks
How does the trump administration will affect the process of removing conditions to the 2-year green cards?
I have the same question
Good question.
Probably the same, interview on every couple and try to make the waiting as long as possible
Get citizenship
I have been saying these for years that it's not about illegal immigrants, IT'S ALL ABOUT LEGAL IMMIGRANTS.
Thank you for keeping us updated and with accuracy
It’s already hard enough the legal way… 😢 but those who have never been through the experience will never understand it.

Don’t do it it’s fraudulent

WTF! That’s funny AF! 😂🤣
Jim you're the best.
I have learned a lot from you and I feel like I am a notire now 😅😅😂
Hi Jim! Will this be for new cases filed after he takes office or do you think this will be for everybody who has submitted a case?
I received my EB1A green card in 2024 that was approved without an interview, would he reopen approved cases?

Same situation
Better wait for onother 4 years
More scrutiny is better for the country

Yes
My friend green card expired over 2 decades ago. Can it be reactivated?
No. Turn your friend over to ICE please.
No. They should have had it reinstated. Dumb move.
@@imperialmotoring3789 get a dna test please, we need to make sure you are not another victim of endogamy 😂

Did those green cards back then even have expired dates? I know for a long time people received permanent resident cards with no end date
Do I have to change my name to my husbands last name or will it affect his green card
iam naturalized citizen for almost thirty years , if by chance ICE stop me in the street and ask me to show them my ID , should i do that , thanks
Weird question
Yes, you should, becoming a us citizen doesn't change the way the world sees you.
Lifetime ban for every illegal that did not self-deport!
God Bless President Trump. Finally, an adult in charge!
America first is good. All countries want their country to be first. Just common sense
Immigration is an America first policy. Unfortunately, you don't possess common sense.
BEAUTIFUL 😍
