Hi, I am from Korea. I like to travel abroad often, but I can't go because of Corona 19, so I often look for videos. Before Corona, the most visited Asian destination for Koreans was Taiwan after Japan, and I visited Taiwan, but I had a much better personality and kindness than the Chinese. China is a place where you don't want to go again once you go, but Taiwan was a place where you don't regret even if you visit often. I know that Taiwan is engaged in pineapple war and exercising in Korea. As I know that Taiwanese pineapples were brought to Korea, there were people who understood and bought Taiwan. We like Taiwan more than China because Korea has a lot of anti-China against Corona, and many Koreans are visiting Taiwan.

I have been to Taiwan and the food was delicious and the Taiwanese were kind When I first went to Taiwan, I heard that there were many Taiwanese who hated Korea, so my parents opposed to me because they were afraid to go, but unlike what I thought, they were Korean, but they were always kind.

I also love these newer developed areas because I am an urban designer living in Seattle, USA! My grandparents live in Taipei next to Elephant Mountain, so I rarely get to visit these other districts/areas outside of Taipei. This area is beautiful.

本人住5期 這裡其實生活機能沒有很好 只有靠近Costco那邊才有吃的 舊宗路上下班時間很塞
一家麥當勞+幾家的大買場，吃的選擇確實少
這邊建商蓋的房子好傳統,對比台中的重劃區真的很普通
真的 這裡全是矮矮新古典
七期有現代風和新古典交融 整體退縮托高看起來很大器很療癒
我個人全台灣最愛七期 房價cp值也高
七期公園第一排景觀豪宅＝臺北萬華採光超爛貧民窟破公寓
內湖五期這邊有個缺點，因為在航道下，所以樓高也有限制
@@cccsteven9785 台中多數為傳產後代、北部年輕族群、台商返鄉置產居多，建築外型上接受度較新穎現代，且房價地價親民吸引較年輕客群喜愛。 台北超高房價地段多，吸引外企法人置產、傳統北部高收入族群換屋，因此年紀多為長者，這族群認定的好房多為古典風才是大器，因此許多建商還是朝著這方向去設計。台中屬於年輕體質城市，許多重劃地正在向外擴張，相反的，台北已無法擴張，須透過都更危老進行都市改革!
七期的定義是市政中心
內湖這裡只是一般重劃區而已
對比應該是信義計畫區
不過台中許多住宅蠻不錯的沒錯
內湖建築有限高 也會影響表現手法 會買的起台北市的都老人居多..老一輩也不喜歡太高的建築 所以要配合他們的審美觀😂 反而比較新的外圍重劃區 反而外型上都比較現代 新北就很多建築比台北市都好看..
