Once I hear Jordan Peterson I know I am on the right track. Thank you for everything Dr. Peterson, you have, and are, inspiring many, which is a very good thing. ❤. Especially as the militant atheists are in full cry, like baying hounds.

Have you explored the post-postmodernism called "metamodernism"?

@@OrthodoxyPod I have a playlist of video essays on my channel called 'After Postmodernism.' Could start there. Then I have a whole playlist on Metamodern Christianity. I also have a podcast called Metamodern Spirituality (for which I interviewed Hicks, actually). If it's a book you want, you can check out my Metamodernism: Or, The Cultural Logic of Cultural Logic, in which I summarize and synthesize the various metamodern thinkers.

metamodernism was invented by two Danes or Swedes who needed some money.

Evil people latch on to philosophy and twist it, using it as the ground of their bad deeds. A philosopher cannot be blamed if what he has said is twisted or misused.

Traditional religion and traditional narrative struggling to stand to a historical critical examination. So need some revision without giving up on its importance and objectives

Please, people mention reason not just the brain. The idiocy of sociobiology is that they always mention the brain but they never mention reason. To listen to them is to think that humans do not have reason but are biological entities and sociobiology is how humans navigate life; propelled by biology sans reason.
So philosophers keep reason in philosophy otherwise it is not philosophy but something else that a genuine philosopher would not recognize as philosophy or the love of wisdom, which is what it means. In no way is sociobiology a love of wisdom, it is a love of idiocy and if it follows through to its ultimate meaning and end, it would mean that trans humanism; human brains embedded with technology is the next step in human evolution.
Human evolution, from a higher age perspective is fourteen versions of the human to its own unique human prototype in a universal cycle. Nature has come up with magical things, that it would have, as Da Vinci rightly saw it, humanity as the microcosm of the universe; the equivalent of a transistor radio to a boon box is the reality, not humanity from a different prototype to an non-existent prototype of its own; the materialist version of magical thinking.
Even without God or religion atheism and its materialism is still on shaky ground in believing that the universe is dead and still the elements somehow created consciousness and mind. Gender problems prove that biology is not the last word in what a human is. The view in the East is that there are three dimensions: consciousness; mind; elements. As humans we embody all three dimensions fully.
So again, folks mention reason because that is the word that sociobiologists and atheist materialists avoid like the plague. It is a plague to them and to their materialistic ideology which is why it should be mentioned over and over again. Humans have instinct and reason. Animals have instinct alone and live by instinct.
Humans are not supposed to live by instinct alone, but by instinct modified and checked by reason. Even an atheist should be able to acknowledge that much. That we share in consciousness, without being consciousness (which is ‘the hard problem’ for philosophers) is a fact. Universal consciousness is what over the ages has been equated with God; one and the same as they rightly see it in the east.

No very accurate about Luther, the Spanish Empire, the economy in the Americas. He repeats the black legend against the Spanish Empire. He does not understand the Catholic Church at all, and the Catholic Orders.

This is a very unfortunate and disappointing contribution from Mr Hicks, Which follows many surely brilliant offerings from him unmasking neo Marxist and post modernism which led to critical race theory
