"Toxic Garbage Island" from Gojira's "The Way of All Flesh" album (2008).
Just listen to that intro.. so damn heavy. Anyway, pretty straightforward song really. Not many variations. There's just some very fast riffs that might throw you off. Sliding to the 18th fret on the low C string is also not very easy when you're sitting down. Aaaanyway, good luck, have fun and don't get scared by the weird 17/16 bar.

God I love this song! Interesting that you went for the open C string during the intro, most covers I've seen play the 2nd fret for that bit. Great work as always!
Could either be that or just some sort of muted note since you don't really hear any bass in that little gap. If there is a note, it's definitely a C though.
Yup, It Is played on the second fret of the C-string. He probably just misheard it. Other than that perfect cover🤘

yup! I prefer it to be accurate and not a 5-string version. Most people don't even own 5-string basses i think

Oh yeah, I couldn't really have known that unless I would somehow end up finding this video.. But indeed, he doesn't play the pinch dives live. Thanks though! I don't think many people will be able to reproduce those sounds anyway since you need a whammy or some other weird pedals to do so.
