GFO2021:"Kaarya Kaarana Vaada" by Swami Tattvavidananda Saraswati - Streamed live on 28th May, 2021.

Advaita Academy celebrated Shankara Jayanti 2021 by organizing the 2nd Edition of Global Festival of Oneness, from May 17 to June 16th. As part of the festival we featured talks by around 60 Scholars, Sages, and Seekers to share about Shankara’s life, works and influence across multiple dimensions that include Philosophy, Oneness, Leadership and more.
On Day 12, Morning session : Mahamahopadhyaya Swami Tattvavidananda ji spoke on the topic Kaarya Kaarana Vaada. Swamiji noted that, It is widely accepted that the cause for this universe is ‘Brahman’. But Brahman who is nirguna cannot be a Karana, because as in rope - snake analogy, rope did not cause it to appear as a snake. It did not transform or manifest itself as a snake, it only appeared due to our ignorance. Similarly the universe only appears to be from Brahman and with the right knowledge, one must identify the true nature by adopting the ‘neti’, ‘neti’ method of the upanishads.
Mahamahopadhyaya Swami Tattvavidanandaji is a true Pandita in both a classical and modern sense. His Vedic studies began in childhood, first under the tutelage of his father. He excelled in his Vedic studies and at the age of 11 was encouraged to begin modern academic studies. He has a Ph.D. in Chemistry and in Veda. Although steeped in traditional Vedic learning, Swami Tattvavidanandaji considers his search for understanding Vedanta ended only when he finally heard Pujya Swami Dayananda Saraswati of Arsha Vidya Gurukulam.

A bit confused on the last part.
Pujya guruji says that satta traividyam apramaanikam. I had heard one pravachanam of Jagadguru Sri Bharathi Tirtha Swamiji in which he quotes sri adi shankara to describe abt satta traividyam “ सर्वव्यवहाराणामेव प्राग्ब्रह्मात्मताविज्ञानात्सत्यत्वोपपत्तेः। “
