Sabrina , I wish I found your channel 2 weeks ago 🤦🏽♀️ recent break up with a new boyfriend. He is very insecure but has no problem being alone . I feel like I’m trying to save him and know what I’m worth . The problem is we have a vacation coming up together in 2 weeks .. non refundable out of country all inclusive resort . We broke up 1 week ago and I texted 2 days after (I didn’t know about no contact rule🤦🏽♀️) now I know not to contact for my own good . Shld I reach out and ask about this trip or take it as a loss if it’s a couple weeks away ?Really not sure what to do , would be easy for no contact if this planned vacation wasn’t involved 😓 pls help and advise . I’ve asked a couple friends if they would go with me but they would need to get their own plane ticket so it is hard . My last relationship truly changed me because although I thought I met my equal, I didn’t like who I was becoming in my pursuit of a title. Been single for a year now. Best decision I ever made. Totally fine with it stretching into two years. 😊

I recently made a list of these tendencies (some of which you discussed in this video). I don't know the next step... How do I work on these once I've identified them? I guess it is a journey that progresses with every interaction and relationship.
