In this video we find an old Chinese D15 diesel engine. This motor for concrete mixers has not been used for many years. The machine has rusted and a lot of the concrete on the surface is no longer working. we worked very hard to restore and repair this D15 diesel engine and for many working days we have completely restored this D15 diesel engine and function properly.

Likely the drain, but they may have a bucket, you used the word contaminated so I doubt they will answer if it’s not epa approved, and they might be inclined to lie if it isn’t

Это полнейшая дичь, тоже про притирку клапанов хотел написать, а еще ведь и зазоры выставлять надо и динамометрический ключ в виде трубы при затяжке головы улыбнул))
Interesting way to get the torque setting just right on those head bolts. Just pull until the vein in you arm stands proud and you get that first grunt.
Or your ring piece pops out.
Over here we tight this half turn before break and that's the torque.

Yeah just line the gears up any which way it's not like the timing matters. Don't worry about replacing the crankshaft seal either just paint over it.

No, he lined up the marks on the gears, to be fair to him. I agree otherwise, it pains me that he didn’t even hone the bore let alone measure it and see if it needed a re-bore.
Paint everywhere, assembling some parts oiled that could be dry and other left dry when they should be oiled, what a laugh 😆

Охуительная "реставрация"! Низкобюджетная, выполненная с той же "аккуратностью, пунктуальностью и дотошностью", с которой китайцы делают и всё остальное.
Обосрали краской посадочные плоскости под прокладки в контурах герметизации. Положили прокладки прямо на краску и привинтили. Заебись! А старую краску даже с бачка толком не содрали. Прошлись хотя бы разок пескоструйкой перед тем, как красить. Я уж не говорю о том, чтобы обмазать этот бачок грунтовкой и отшлифовать её, как следует, чтобы краска гладенько легла.
Ну и износ стенок цилиндра и шейки коленвала тоже, само собой, никто не замерял. А зачем? Если никто не собирался цилиндр растачивать и шейку коленвала шлифовать под поршень и вкладыши ремонтного размера. Можно же просто новые колечки на поршень накинуть и - вперёд! Сколько-то этот движок проработает, а сколько - это дело десятое. Главное эффектно запустить.
Единственную "восстановительную" работу, которую они выполнили - так это заменили закоксовавшуюся иглу форсунки (из-за которой движок, по всей видимости, и перестал работать) на новую. Не понятно только, зачем они клапана новые поставили. Если бы старые клапана были "убитыми", то, значит, и сёдла в головке цилиндра тоже были бы раздолбаны. И с новыми клапанами движок бы всё равно не заработал. Особенно, учитывая то, что они их даже и не притирали.
И потом... Какой это, на хрен, "старый" двигатель? Если они без проблем купили иглу для форсунки, новые кольца, клапана, прокладку головки цилиндра, прокладку масляного картера и кучу других прокладок? Значит этот движок либо в серии, либо до сих пор активно поддерживается производителем.
Да уж... Зарекался же смотреть эти индийские и китайские ролики о "восстановлении" чего-либо. На хрен сунулся, спрашивается... Это вам не немцы со швейцарцами...
P.S. Дислайк ставить всё равно не стал. Не ставлю их никогда.

Nice job, but dont paint internals by color. Oil can dissolve color. Pigments are abrasive and could damage bearings and piston rings. If internals of engine was painted originally it was special sealant color for cast iron to prevent oil contamination from cast iron by casting sand. Really NEVER point jet from injector on skin. Fuel can pierce skin.

These dudes are literally buying engines and motors at junk yards, burying them in dirty/mud, then digging them up to "repair" for youtube views. They aren't using these engines. It's entirely for youtube money.

I don't think these Southeast Asian 'restorers' are doing it to make 'serviceable' equipment. If it looks good and starts up and runs for a few minutes to get the 'views', that's good enough. Obviously with 1.5M it must be working! LoL

通常ピストンをOHするときはシリンダーに傷がないか調べます。シリンダーボアゲージで内径のTDCと中間、そしてBTCの3か所を最低3回計測してシリンダーの内径が公差以内かどうか調べます。もし公差よりずれていたらホーニングをして修正します。シリンダーホーニングに合わせて常磐でピストンリングの公差も測定し公差よりずれたりまたは変形していれば純正部品の新品に取り替えます。クランクですが大端ベアリングはクランクメタルと思いますがOH時に変えましたか? 変えていないでしょう。大きなミスです。通常はコンロッドの大端側をクランクに組み付けるときにはプラスチゲージを使いトルクレンチで規定トルクで仮締めしてまた取り外してプラスチゲージの潰れ具合をみてコンロッドの性能を評価します。中国製のD15型ディーゼルエンジンのサービスマニュアルにプラスチゲージの公差が記入されているはずです。
It's a full overhaul of the old D15 type general-purpose diesel engine of Republic of China, but can't Ohata bearing of a piston ring and a connecting rod be bought?
An usual piston, OH, time examines whether you don't have a wound on a cylinder. 3 points, TDC of the inside diameter, the middle and BTC are measured at least 3 times by a cylinder boa gage, and it's examined whether the inside diameter of the cylinder is within the common difference. If I shift from the common difference, it's horned and it's corrected. I also measure the common difference of the piston ring by Joban according to cylinder horning and shift from the common difference, and or, when transforming, it's changed in newness of a genuine part. It was a crank, but I thought of Ohata bearing as a crank metal, but was it changed to the time of OH? It wouldn't be changed. A big mistake. When usually assembling the Ohata side of the connecting rod on a crank, fit-up bolting is done by the nominal torque by a torque wrench using the porosity gage, and it's removed, the condition crushed of the porosity gage is seen and the performance of the connecting rod is estimated again. The common difference of the porosity gage should be entered in a service manual of D15 type diesel engine made in China.

面取りとは、少量のオイルとオイルストーンを使いシリンダーは直接面取りを行い、シリンダーヘッドは定盤などでラッピングして最後にオイルストーンで仕上げます。 最期にヘッドガスケットで挟んで締結します。してませんよね。 これもまた論外ですね。 そしてバルブスプリングを外したり付けたりする特殊工具 バルブコッターを外すバルブ巣プリンコンプレッサーをも使ってませんね。
まったくもってだめですね。 またバルブのする合わせはしましたか? エンジンのを整備するときに必要なメーカーの整備書とパーツリストはそろえてありますか? 規定値のトルクでシリンダーヘッドは締め付けましたか? これらの要素は必要最低条件です。 守ってください。 整備の基本はただばらして綺麗にしてまた劣化した部品はないかしらべ、整備書に描かれた検査方法で各機能を調べもし異常がなければ初めてその部品を再使用することが来るのです。またエンジンへの負荷をかけないためにも締め付けは手で行い、締結はトルクレンチを使用して規定トルク締め付けるの基本中の基本です。 やってください。でなければただの分解屋(整備業者ではないこと)です。 RUclipsに乗せるのならばきちんとした整備環境を整えてから動画をアップしてください。

Cylinder adjustment, the degree of parallel of the face is important. This face is also chamfered.
I chamfer a cylinder directly using a little oil and oilstone, gift-wrap a cylinder head by a surface plate and complete it by an oilstone in the end with chamfering.
It's picked up by a head gasket in the last moment and it's concluded. It isn't being done, is it?

1,四道活塞环安装的时候应该错开裂口,90度一个,而不是随意位置。2,机油滤杯没打开,里面的滤芯还是脏的。3,既然活塞环都换了,但是轴瓦却没换,缸筒甚至都没拆下来,是我的话,拆成这样子肯定把缸筒随手换了。4,机油泵没看清,按说应该拆下来清洗一下,视频没交代。5,一般来说,曲轴轴瓦接触面,要用细砂纸稍微打磨一下,再上轴瓦。6,最后启动太沉,解决办法是在油泵后面加个垫子,调整供油时间,就会容易摇动了。

They reused the old shaft seal and painted it over. Don't think that's how it's done. Sure cheaper, but won't last that long.

Me too , I know oh too well the pressure from an injector nozzle. And I see he replaced some gaskets, but what about the seals , I didn't see him replace any of those.

Wonder if parts are anywhere to be found. Most likely the reason it was so crusty was all the leaking from seals and gaskets that were never replaced and the main bearings and rod bearing looked shot to me. Alot of work just to reuse a bunch of worn out parts.
The injector spray pattern was bad. The flywheel nut lock washer not placed back on. Is ok until the flywheel comes off and goes for a roll across the yard killing 24 chickens and one rooster ..laughs! Surprised it ran that well but lets see what it does under load. Thanks for posting this video. I like it.

Tôi hiểu ý bạn muốn nói gì . Chuẩn luôn bạn tôi cũng là thợ máy . Clip này làm màu nhiều hơn là sửa chữa và bảo dưỡng . Có những chi tiết làm ko đúng kỹ thuật và clip đã bỏ qua nhứng chi tiết quan trọng

This was a high tech engine: Plain bearings and 2 balancer shafts. Not sure if those shafts were aligned correctly....the engine seemed jumpy at the end.
