A wee tip for your sinking tripod issue - throw three old CDs in your bag, the holes anchor the legs while the discs stabilises it on soft sand.

I heard three tennis balls can do the job but your idea is a space-consuming solution :-)

I had this stretch dotted on my google map as well, but just like you, even on google map one can see how difficult the separation is! The sunset long exposure is out of this world! incredible how calm the water on the Atlantic side. However, the mud structures can make a separate composition altogether with a tripod set as low as possible.

Last week, until Sunday, was one of the coldest time ever in France. I was in the north too and it was freezing as hell. No wonder you were too.

Beautiful as always. A tip for the tripod in the sand. CDs make a solid base for the feet.

Merci for this video! Enjoy hearing your thinking.
Regarding the seashell tripod support, I unscrewed the feet on my tripod and added flat washers that sticks out about 2 cm so it doesn't sink in sand or mud.

On the first location, are the shapes on the ground made of mud, rocks ? There are so many carrelets on this part of the Atlantic coast, between Saint Nazaire and Les Moutiers en Retz

Inspiring stuff, than you for posting. What was the ND filter , and f setting?

  • @josebainakielorriagaarriet2066

para que no se hunda en la arena existen unas zapatas que se ponen en las patas del trípode ,aunque se pueden usar unos cds viejos y sale más barato

Hello, I'm interested in long exposure photography and noticed that you use ND filters in your shots. Could you please let me know the part number of the ND filter you recommend or use frequently? Thank you in advance for sharing your expertise.
