How to Grant Someone Access to your Facebook Ad Account

Hi man, thanks for the tutorial!
Quick question:
I run 2 business managers for my own businesses. Now my friend wants me to help him out with his advertising.
If he grants me access to his ad account as an employee, and the ad account/his business manager is in any way suspended ; will this affect my own business managers?
