Yikes! If I’m paying that much for a house, I might as well move to Cali. At least the weather doesn’t suck and there’s beaches and other major cities within driving distance.
This is a brand new, six bed/four bath, 3,500 sqft, four car garage with a yard in a coveted suburb with excellent schools and almost nonexistent crime rate. Now go look and see what you can get in CA for the same cost in a neighborhood you would feel safe in, not including property taxes and high utility costs. Good luck.
@Jacintha George I moved to Florida. Much better weather. Houses are decently priced although I feel like housing is a little out of control everywhere nowadays. The weather and the beauty makes it worth it.
