Fantastic shots 👌 Excellent place for flying. Even the weather was nice. Greetings 👍

Thanks, that was taken early last summer, on the northwest coast of England. The whole area is pretty scenic, with the coast, and slightly further inland, the Lake District National Park with its lakes and mountains. One of my favourite places in England!

Another good vid. I've done a few flights over Maryport. One over the harbour and one over the new boardwalk on the 'laal beach'. My quiz team plays in Maryport. If you come back, like David says, check out the aquarium and the award winning Maryport Tandoori Indian restaurant right on the harbour.

Thanks. To be honest, Maryport was not a place I'd heard of before subscribing to yours and DavidHarle's channels - you've both convinced me to travel further west beyond the National Park, and I'm glad I did, albeit all too briefly on the last holiday up there 👍

@@theboy-uk There's lots of coastline for you as well. I know you don't have a lot where you live.

@@StevieProton After our visit to Maryport, we did drive up along the coast to Siloth, stopping at one of those carparks next to the beach for a wander. Definitely warrants further exploration for us!

Really good, shows the harbour at its best. Did you go to the Aquarium? There's a great cafe there that does a lovely breakfast.

It was our first ever visit, and we only wandered around the front. But good to know for next time - I'm sure we'll be back to the area in the next year or 2 :). Places like aquariums are great for those poor weather days!
