Yes. Trixie wants "two grade 3 cards with "Wilista" in their different original card names". Prismagica and Festimagica are different.
Festimagica Wilista's Dress-up effect has it ALSO considered to be Prismagica. It's original card name is still what's printed on the card, so both are different.
