I played this on PC as a combo buy of nba live 2000 NHL 2000 and madden 2000. Summer house in Virginia finally old enough to stay up late and play video games with my parents ok. This is amazing
I bought this game mainly because they didn't have the new fifa yet.
It started a love and appreciation for Basketball that led to countless hours of nba content, debate, live games, live playoff nighttime watching sessions...heck, when Dirk won his ring, i was sitting at my booty calls bedside watching it ON HER LAPTOP and telling her to wait and cherish this moment ^^
This video started most of that, I think!

my first videogame for playstation i had ever played!!!....i was 6 year old when my uncle buy for me this game for ps1....what a good olddays in greece!!!...after that my uncle gives abasketball with rockets logo shark rocket and play basketball in outside court in athens...thanks to nba and america for these memories salute to all americans brothers from greece!!!

Straight up recall "maxin" at my grandma's little apt a high rise downtown St.paul MN in my little room (with killer views) packed with my hommies and girlfriends smoking the green leaf blunts playing this game for hours and getting into fights over the shit lol . was early h.s years and i'd destroy folks with the raptors . sorry for typing on just reminiscing something I never do

The best part of this game was the Unlock the Legends challenges. Larry Bird was the toughest player to unlock for me.
YEP THATS MOST DIFFICULT U NEED 20 OR MORE 3'S PROBLEM WAS FPS ON 4 STARS LEVEL, SOMETIMES U MISS OR HIT EVEN WITH PERFECT RELEASE.

YEP HE WAS BEST IN EVERY NBA LIVE GAMES THAT DECADE BECAUSE HE CARRY A TEAM. HIS SPEED, JUMP, REBOUNDS, SHOOTING AND DUNK WERE ALL AROUND 90 OR HIGHER. HE HAD ONLY 1 WEAKNESS STRENGTH. BUT OVERALL MOST COMPLETE AND BEST IN EVERY GAME FROM 1997/98-2006 LIVE.
