Even here in the US, fresh mangoes aren't used. When I worked in a smoothie shop, the mango juice we used didn't contain any mangoes. Real mango juice is very expensive.

i grew up in the philippines & i know what is a real mango like real yellow 🥭 ..... yellow mangoes are so sweet & nice compare to the other mangoes in the world ..... yellow mangoes, pineapple,coconut & ube are pretty common over there ......

Isn’t it recommended to avoid iced drinks in Pakistan?
only if youre not from that place, like almost any country with lax hygiene regulations. ice in those countries (well, the tap water that is used to make the ice really) has a high concentration of e-coli, which will result in diarrhea if your immunie system is not used to it. but then again looking at all these pakistan street food vidos, way too many ppl did their bare hands into the food, drink, touch the ice, etc. cups usually arent sanitized if they have any, the bags that were just lying around on the floor are now dipped into the juice, etc. so unless you have an iron stomach you will definitely get diarrhea from this.
