They call money laundering "real estate" in Canada
And they just keep bidding up with cash deals anyways. Why would interest rate deals matter if they just buy it with cash deals right?
@@mqii InVesTiG in CryPtO also
Yup! Yet, our useless, weak, corrupt government does NOTHING about it.
thats right, I recall seeing a study done during COVID in the Toronto area where roughly 30% of the money being funneled into our real estate was tied to money laundering
I'm 54 and my wife and I are VERY worried about our future, gas and food prices rising daily. We have had our savings dwindle with the cost of living into the stratosphere, and we are finding it impossible to replace them. We can get by, but can't seem to get ahead. My condolences to anyone retiring in this crisis, 30 years nonstop just for a crooked system to take all you worked for.
I feel your pain mate, as a fellow retiree, I’d suggest you look into passive index fund investing and learn some more. For me, I had my share of ups and downs when I first started looking for a consistent passive income so I hired an expert advisor for aid, and following her advice, I poured $30k in value stocks and digital assets, Up to 200k so far and pretty sure I'm ready for whatever comes.
@@ElijahOliver-t9u That's actually quite impressive, I could use some Info on your FA, I am looking to make a change on my finances this year as well
@@GabrielAnthony-09 My advisor is VICTORIA CARMEN SANTAELLA;
You can look her up online
@@ElijahOliver-t9u The crazy part is that those advisors are probably outperforming the market and raising good returns but some are charging fees over fees that drain your portfolio. Is this the case with yours too?
You call it a "crime", the gov calls it a major component of our GDP.
And Canadian citizens pay the bill.
Why isn't Trudeau doing something about this?
He’s probably allowing it and they’re paying him a percentage
Unfortunately, he's the catalyst of the issue!
That’s the whole idea, to get everyone’s attention away from the economic mess, the government has created - it’s called “wag the tail”. Point the fingers at a side issue and get people off your back. That’s exactly what Trudeau wants and needs.
Because its the foundation of the housing market which is the foundation of the "economy"
He probably doesn’t even know what money laundering means
Why does no one go to jail??? This is criminal in so many ways!
Doug Ford said he was going to build a mass of jail. Where is it you put the government in there first? You put the snake at the top and their next.
Limited resources to fight money laundering is code for it would affect the bottom line of the banks.
All Canadian political parties involved in this. Happening for deveral decades.
Canada uses Newcomers to pay pensions of old Europeans through tax
That's the story they have been telling. The trade doesn't make sense, and won't really work without lots of debt and redistribution.
What... Bankers are crooks? You don't say.... 😂😂😂 What surprise said no one.
Attempting to tie this money laundering to crypto is pathetic. More crime is done using fiat money than crypto.
It gets sent to Ukraine.
Bingo!
Another example of Canada's industrial incompetent environment
I believe this . I am gonna say Trudeau is a kick back on this
Bought more TD stock today on the huge dip.
Enjoy. It's all yours. It takes courage to invest in Canada when you know Trudeau and Freeland will take the lion's share of any returns you might have, while calling Canadians to hate you.
Huge dip? Its down less than $5 from a month ago
A house in my neighborhood which was purchased for $1.8m a year ago then rented out to a couple of people now has a dozen people the landlord can’t sell the price came down to $1.2m what a loss and ruined the neighborhood cause they have cars parked on sidewalks and on the grass
This is how we keep our economy going
Houses are sold over asking 😂
Now we know how?
Can they pay me my 60M now?
To obtain financial freedom, one must either be a business owner, an investor or both, generating passive income, particularly on a weekly and monthly basis .that's the key to living a financially stable life. I pray that anyone who reads this will be successful in life..
I started trading crypto this two months ago but I didn't really get far, I wouldn't mind a couple of tips on how to resume back and make better returns
Cypto is a whole different ball park. I would only invest funds in it that you are willing to lose or don't need. In terms of day trading cypto I don't keep an eye on anything at the
moment except XRP. Wouldn't be the right guy for day trading cypto
I'm still trying to understand exactly how this all works, what does $1000 dollars do if I try to buy bitcoins?
Kathie Morgan is my trade analyst, she has guided me to identify key market trends, pinpointed strategic entry points, and provided risk assessments, ensuring my trades decisions align with market dynamics for optimal returns.
When will i start finding consistency? and more honest questions. How long ,would I rough expectation to find consistency for a new day traders?
2nd only to ukrain
lol I guess one can buy real estate with crypto in Canada since these guys claim crypto is used for professional money laundering here
Free GDP
3rd world country
Government has destroyed canada
how can i get a taste?
