Lloyds was over 50% at the age of 10. The same episode this clip comes from, he and his fourth elder sibling make a Spellbound sword capable of releasing a fire attack so powerful, it left both elder siblings (the smith who worked with Lloyd, and the other who introduces the audience to the blacksmith brother) in absolute shamble. Lloyd's magic at A tier with only 1% of it showing up on the screening tests means if anyone in his family caught wind, he wouldn't just be a candidate to be king, he would literally be the only choice to be king (again, just his enchanting capabilities alone was enough to make him a candidate for the throne on the theoretical basis of how good he could be with magic, actually showing his strength not only proves the theory, it would outright shatter the theory and exceed it). The absolute least he could get away with is being the right-hand magic aid/advisor to whomever does ascend to the throne, or straight up leaving the kingdom behind him as a whole because no one would allow him with that much power sit around in his room to play with magic all day.
