Hi! I am going to check your other videos to see if you ended up doing a full tour of your plants, but I had to comment because this is just perfect. I have been watching milsbo greenhouse cabinet videos for months. I have seen at least 50 different set up videos and I follow the ig ikea greenhouse cabinet page. None of the greenhouse cabinets I have seen have been set up exactly the way I want mine to be; either cable management has been ignored or not done thoroughly or the humidity is in individual sectors due to lack of airflow (glass shelves), or the fans have been awkwardly hung. I am a perfectionist and I am so thrilled to have come across your setup!! It’s exactly what I am aspiring to have here at my house. I finally purchased 2 tall milsbo cabinets yesterday and now I am ready to order everything I need. I will check your drop down to see if you’ve answered my question about lighting, but if you haven’t listed which specific lights you’ve used, would you mind letting me know what they are and where you bought them? This is so incredibly well done, congratulations!!!!
Hello! I’m glad you enjoyed my video! I need to do an update video, but the cabinet has become so “successful” that I have vines and leaves growing everywhere! I was looking at the bottom shelf this weekend and found a giant vitallinoides leaf growing behind my pegboard 😅 My husband is a perfectionist too and wanted to make sure all cables were hidden. He spent a lot of time of it. My daughter also got a milsbo for her plants and he did the cable management of that cabinet as well. I received two Detolf cases and he managed to hide the light cables for those cabinets too. I think you will really enjoy setting them up, filling them with plants, and watching them grow! I use Barrina T8 2 ft. LED plant lights from Amazon. They have two color options: white (actually a subtle pinkish toned light) and yellow (which is actually white light). There is a T5 option as well that would work great as well. You can check out my plants on my Instagram account @herrenfam. I don’t post much but I did just post a pic of what my top shelf looks like now! I’d love to see your cabinet when you set it all up!
@@herrenfam perfect!! Thank you so much for your response. I will absolutely be posting pictures when they’re all set up! I will definitely check out your ig. Mine is district4 _ottbfinnick Did you find that the milsbo is fairly straight forward to assemble, and when you say the shelves were cut to just under 26” is that just a hair under? Would exactly 26” fit? I am worried to cut them too short!! Also, congratulations on your new additional detolf cabinets! I would absolutely love to see them- I hope you post updates on them soon!
No you shouldn’t need a spacer, but you will probably need a longer screw/bolt to attach the pegboard. The included screw is a little too short to securely hold the pegboard plus it’s attachments.
They are wire open-stock closet shelves from Lowe's. The employees will cut them to size with bolt cutters. My husband and I spray painted all the hardware and shelves black with water-resistant paint.
Thanks for sharing! Love your setup!

You have some beautiful plants. Lucky girl
Thanks for advices
Wow looks amazing
Did you have to add some kind of spacer in back of the Skadis pegboard to use the accessories?

I here did you get the shelves?
