@@patricktinashe2812 you’re forgetting that we’ve got guiu and others that can play in that position so I don’t think that we should get Duran this or next season. If he gets 20 goals a season then there is a chance but I think the way that Jackson is right now, of course still a lot to improve, but we don’t need a new striker any time soon.

I recall how he was so in for Nicko Jackson even during preseason, but couldn't support him when he struggled. He quickly dumped him for Osimhen.

Shevchenko, Fernando Tores, Deco, etc. The list is endless. Yunus fail to realize our best buys has never broke records. Essien, Kante, Drogba all were not record breakers. THE OLD MODEL IS NO LONGER SUSTAINABLE WITH FFP Yunus. Get that through your head. Also we can't hire your so called experienced managers with stale defensive tactics and ideas that just want to work with experienced and has been players.
Duran has been performing well recently but we would yet again be falling into a trap of not bringing in a proven player and going for an experiment oshimen is the best option alongside Jackson, and if the club is looking to sell mudryk then Jackson could also move to the left, we need a few more premium players to bridge the gap, duran is good but he should be left at villa.
You're still talking about osimhen to come & bench Jackson or for him to switch positions. Go & sit down

Younes heavily criticized Chelsea for going after Duran. But when I saw him play I was like this is the guy we need. He's strong, he doesn't take too many touches, has insane shot power, good heading and can finish as well. We could have got him cheap for 40M.
Lets just give our scouts their flowers. They know whay they're doing. I am so happy we didn't go for Oshimen. Buying him for anything more than 70M would be mad. I fully back the club. Always backed Enzo to do well.
This is just the start and there's a long way to go. This just shows our owners have learnt from their mistakes and we are on the right track. As much as I love Younes, some of his takes are really aging like milk.

We should really consider Gyokeres (The guy from Sporting). He played rlly well in the debut UCL game. Age profile is definitely reasonable (he's not too young, nor too old). It's good competition for Jackson, whose doing really well right now. Getting Gyokeres at 60 mill would be really good
One thing i wanted to stress that it’s okay to feel what you think about current model and Chelsea. The ownership had their downfalls, but their aim and strategy is clear, it’s there to produce the best talent for the future. We’re going to see improvements and and we’re going to challenge once again. This isn’t Roman’s Chelsea, and can’t be replicated like before.
During last years of Roman, we didn’t even have a sporting director and we had countless years of not progressing and challenging, due to poor recruitment. Everyone wanted Osimhen because of ‘experience’ but now they’re seeing why the board liked Duran. Hopefully soon, we get to see fans on board to realise something special is happening at Chelsea.

The only reason that you Younes would rather "wait and pay with assurance" on someone who has shown his level is because you don't understand talent and to a great extend football. That's why the scouts and sporting directors are there. They are there to see what you cannot see or understand.
