Guided Meditation: Meeting Your Spirit Guide (111 HZ The Holy Frequency and 777 HZ Deep Relaxation)

- The intention of this meditation is to meet one of your spirit guides. You, in fact, do not have to believe in spirit guides for this to work. This may be effective because it allows you to unlock deep parts of your psyche that remain locked away from your conscious mind. You can learn more about yourself on your path by looking for a spirit guide, even if you don't believe in them.
If you believe your thoughts create your reality, you can create your spirit guide. Vadim Zeland claims in 78 days of transurfing that you can create your guardian. Going through this process will help you tune into (or create) an ally that can help you on your journey.
What is the difference between your higher self and spirit guides?
Your higher self is your true essence, your soul, who you are when the veil that shrouds life is pulled back and you remember exactly who you are and where you came from. Your higher self is the part of you that is most conscious, the operator to your avatar. It’s like if life was a video game, the incarnated you is the character and the higher self is the gamer sitting behind the scenes eating pizza and drinking soda while influencing and guiding the character through the game of life
Your spirit guides, on the other hand, were chosen by your higher self to help keep you on track as you navigate the maze of your life. They could be celestial beings who may or may not have ever been incarnated as humans but are qualified to guide you. Their job is to follow the boss’s orders and get you from point A to point B with as much learning, growth, happiness, and joy as possible
Your higher self is the visionary, the leader, the one calling the shots, and your guides implement the strategies and directives set forth by your higher self.
I designed this meditation to allow you to find and meet your spirit guide. To get to know them and get guidance from them. You may come away shocked, I have experienced crazy synchronicities when trying this kind of meditation.

I saw my spirit guide in the middle of a beautiful garden appeared as a really huge golden angel with golden wings standing on a huge sword he has lion face and tail, human body, so strong, so powerful...he is all golden and huge, he told me his name is Christopher, he was one of the army of God. I asked him abt future me and he said I will influence so many people, my story will be used to influence many many people....I should worry no more as I was made powerful. He gave me a brand new heart and mended my broken heart and told me that I am so loved I am LOVE....love are chasing me everywhere I go.....I am a Queen.....He will always guide and protect me.....that was a beautiful encounter....
2nd time doing this meditation and it is wonderful. Thankful to meet my Spirit guide Generous on this Journey. Generous is my arch angel. Generous pulled me into its bossism with a welcoming and warm hug. It’s was amazing. When I looked in my hand for the gift I was giving Generous, it was my heart glowing like a gem ♥️ and in return Generous gift was a ball of energy. Grateful for you Mr. Scott.

My deepest gratitude Brian 💜 i found myself in a garden where the wild flowers trees and bushes had blossoms that shone like tiny stars. She appeared as a reptilian, 7D, her skin and robes changing through the colors of the chakras. Her name is A-El, and revealed she is an aspect of the Goddess and has been every mother i have ever had, both loving as well as those unable to love, and inserted a large golden key into me, to unlock parts of me... knowledge and inner gifts/qualities. A dear friend of mine put me on your path a year ago. And you have done wonders for me. Never thought that would happen at my age. I’m nearly 79 a Holocaust survivor from The Netherlands Amsterdam to be precise and now living in Florida since 4 years to be close to my only daughter. Thank you brian my friend i did do thiis but fell asleep i really can't remember what happened i felt i was on a long journey at the beginning i met my spirit guide she was so big looked like an angel she was a beautiful sea blue funny i couldn't see her face i asked her name she said azelia in a soft beautiful voice. Hmm. I was trying this, but not putting in all my effort. I did visualize some sort of dark blob with yellow eyes that sort of turned into what looked like a black python with yellow glowing eyes. Not sure why it appeared like that. I think i might try this again in a bit

Amazing! I couldn’t see anything, it felt like they were hiding. Yet I felt the presence. I’ve never felt so much energy flow through me like this before. My whole body (especially hands, feet, and face/nose area) were vibrating in such an intense manner!! Anyone know what that could mean?

I am blown away. I was wondering why I was wearing a👗 and a 👒 . As I came closer to my spirit guide, I understood why. He was a soldier. he introduced himself and said a year.. 1942.

So this isn't so esoteric; my intention was to be inspired to clean my office table
At the beginning of the meditation I saw a beautiful young Dali Lama. Eyes closed very loving
Immediately fell into a heavy sleep.
As the meditation ended I woke went to office and cleared stacked up projects

My guide just talked to me so much about my recent anxiety, but the thing is they were all the words i always liked to hear or kind of kept telling myself everyday (kinda believe in them also), so the question is, are they really my guide’s words or it was me again trying to tell them to me and make myself happy??? I have to say i was perfectly connected and sometimes trembling and could feel the vibration of energies....
That’s what I struggle with too! I don’t know if I’m being told something, or if I’m just making it up in my head. But how do I know to tell myself what I have been so far? Everything feels great, I can feel all the vibrations in my body, and it’s a mind-blowing experience, but I can’t tell if I’m just talking to myself.
CHANCES ARE-there is a spirit answering you. You actually don't know if it is NOT what he says he is.
FEAR, LONELINESS, ANXIETY , CONFUSIONS and all those negative FREWUENCIES -ALL can be wiped out in an instant by your I AM PRESENCE , if you ask.
Well, we are all one. We are all connected. You are your spirit guide and they are you. 😊

To be honest I couldn’t see my guide but I got it’s name and the place I remember but I did get distracted so maybe that’s why ✨💕✨
If someone could help me, when I finished this meditation I looked up at my ceiling and saw flying...something?? You know like when your dizzy and you see the flying silver specks it was like that but tinier and more abundant falling from my ceiling and going near my face like snow. There was spiral on the ceiling and whenever I moved my eye something flicked around following my eye movement. I lifted my hand up and saw a very rainbow and pure white aura. I held my hand up for a bit and when I took it down the snow like energy flicks kept flying and I saw a rainbow appear on my ceiling, rainbow and rainbow colors filled my eyesight and the snow like stuff stayed for awhile. Does anyone know what this could be?
I saw very bright violet light swirling mostly. But I’ve been told it’s my aura color. When we went into the space I just kept seeing the violet light but in my head I was walking in a field and envisioned a woman in native clothing, a male tiger that was walking and I think I saw my old dog. But I’m not sure if I was just thinking of what I wanted to see so I doubted myself and stopped lol. I’ll try this again but any tips?

What’s the background music? How to download it? It’s all super professional yet perhaps you might want to edit out the mini verbal blunders and awkward pauses in the next meditation? Smooth out the voice track first so it’s like melted butter?

Having a guide implies a belief in lack of personal guidance and the need to be guided... or not?
It is what you perceive it to be friend . I have heard other theories that soul mates / guides will come into our lives at certain points to help with certain things in your life . They can also come in multiple times on a different persona / body .
Can I prove it ? Absolutely not but it makes sense
I don't know why I cannot create mental images or picture things in my mind! Since I started meditation 5 months ago I realise this issue. Everytime I do meditation I feel like I'm just wondering in myself but without thinking or feeling. I also cannot recall my dreams and I don't know if this could be related. I tried many youtube channels but I have the same issue. Is there anything you can recommend for me Brian to improve my mental images!
just relax, and allow these images to come to you , no need to force just breathe and let your spirit guide you
