I have always wanted to fly and the issue is knowing how things work and shifts, I can say it's frustrating how whatever they sell in a community, you can somtimes feel like they think so small and your forced to only go one route! And when you have experienced a number of times how that route does not provide anything you might say "This is not worth the hassle!" I question, "why should that prevent me from flying because I know better?" And when I say this , I mean I know what thier selling in my community and this does not work! I will find another route! I am not interested in unsafe facilities. Thanks for making me feel included with a picture that seems more peaceful

I suffer every day with thoughts of suicide, this has been my life thanks to someone who had the nerve to say he was my father. I am 73 years old this year and have found hope in this music along with the help of my mental health team here in the Scottish Borders. I have read all of the comments here and have discovered something precious in all of them. I would like to say to Sharon Murphy that after reading your comment that I hope you triumphed over your addiction and that i will pray for you and all the other people who are struggling. As a Music composer i can tell you that these methods really work! I got a ton of value from this video and i highly recommend paying attention to the tips at 3:53!
