    Sandpaper: www.amazon.com...
    Apoxie Sculpt: www.amazon.com...
    Devcon Plastic Welder: www.amazon.com...
While working to finish this commission up, I decided to take a break before I got too far ahead and talk about what I use for doing NERF integrations and why I chose what tools. To me, these are the best that have served me over the years and I've tried a lot of different things. I can't really teach you how to cut, but I can help you get things finished and looking nice.
Commission is nearing completion, I really need to get this thing done and get it out so I can start building what I want again. No, I'm not really looking to take new commissions unless they are interesting builds and make me a bit of money.

If it wasn't for the fact that I've had to completely sand and paint the top pieces 3 times so far because of crackling, I would have had this done. I'm really excited to show it off once it's all lit up and everything.

Dont paint in thick layers and do it in a warm dry room with low humidity and your paint will have a better chance of not cracking and conditioning the surface of the plastic with ether it pulls the surface oils from the plastic so wipe it down dont drench it in ether or your weaken the plastic but it helps greatly for getting paint to stick. And use a respirator in a well vented area or it can make you weirder over time.

Hope I don't jinx it (not sure if I typed this right), but is the whole dislike bomber stuff over?
I noticed this under a few off your video but the likes/dislikes are visible again.
I hope so, you make wonderfull content and do not deserve something like this.

Very good explanation. I've been meaning to do a similar video, but you may have saved me the hassle, lol.
Good work. Looking forward to seeing this blaster completed.

One thing that is important with sanding is making sure to only sand in one direction if you can help it. It prevents micro-scratches that paint will still stick to, but hotspot slightly.
Also, make sure to wash your freshly sanded shells and dry as much as possible! Fine plastic, acrylic, and other particles, as well as liquids can and will interfere with a paintjob!

Store your superglue in the fridge, it lasts longer, especially the thicker more viscous ones, they tend to go hard at room temperature.

Walcom, make a nerf Welrod from something, maybe a hotshock, a rainbow pistol, or possibly out of a *specific blaster* that you've received many of *cough* *cough* *snapfire* or use all those snapfires to make a ridiculous undead development-type amalgam of like, 5 snapfires nailed and epoxied onto each other, but don't link the triggers

Ya know, that gorilla super glue also works very well for gluing knock of dart heads back on.

I found that devcon does not bond to paint or primer well, if you might want to remove it someday, that would be a great trick. I will definitely try that glazing putty, that looks like some good stuff.
