Thanks a lot for your podcast, they're really interesting and helpful. I listen to your podcast when I wash the dishes. I'm seventeen years old and I finished the school last year, this year I'm facing a new ciclo for me and your podcasts make me understand a lot of things that I didn't know about my thoughts. Furthermore, my native language is Spanish and I'm from Peru, I've been learning English for 2 years, so your podcasts are really efficient to me, they make me learn English while I'm learning so much about my mind. Thanks a lot! 🎉❤

What if the main toxic relationship in my life is my sister???

Why does it matter who it is? Your wellbeing comes before any person no matter who it is. Talk to her and explain how her behavior has affected you. Set boundaries. If she doesn’t respect you enough to change then it’s up to you to do something about it. He said clearly what to do, DISTANCE YOURSELF. Low contact, no contact, setting limits…that’s up to you, nobody can do that for you. The problem isn’t your sister, it’s you because you aren’t doing anything about it. He tells you what to do, why aren’t you doing it?

@@christinacreates2393 so if your sister was your toxic relationship, would you be able to do that?

@@KarenJohnsonDailyPayBluepr-g6y I've had to cut my mom & brother off due to the toxic relationships. It wasn't worth my mental health or wellbeing. It was really hard, but it's lifted the weight off of my shoulders. I feel so much better.

You said watch movies or tv show is not good, but if you're learning a new language and you need to exposure to a lot of different content to expand your vocabulary to become fluent in the language in this case wouldn't be bad because i want to learn this language I'm not wasting time right?

In my opinion only week minded people will say it's others toxic behavior holding them back change your perception what makes things toxic is are own mind try looking into the mirror and ask the person you see who is toxic others or your daily habits keys word yours not others stop blaming people for your inability to succeed in life
