dude you can just increase the resolution by clicking the image size in Image menu. 300px/cm is recommended. you make it look like it's very hard to do. Many will lose hope while learning photoshop if you educate like this.
My images and text are printing with what looks like dust. It only happens in Photoshop. Any ideas? The dust is only around the text or if I draw a colored box, it's all over the colored box.

Why on earth would someone who can use Illustrator (the right tool) drag the file into Photoshop (the wrong tool)? Text in Illustrator is very similar to text in Powerpoint unless you want to get into more advanced features, in which case...you're learning Illustrator. Just use the right tool to begin with. You'll learn a lot more from a 7:34 video on Illustrator than from this. Or heck, google vector vs. raster and learn in under a minute.

Guys when you create image size just set image resolution from 72 to 300 that’s the secret to have a full hd text.

Don't waste time - 2:55 - in the Anti-aliasing option change it to smooth. Or use AI.
