If the studio are smart they would leave Seyka out of the 3rd installation, or at most a friend in the background. Unless the studio really wants to see what bankruptcy is really all about. Many players rejected the forced relationship, so how would they even implementing it in the 3rd installation, when many playthroughs had rejected vs those few that accepted the forced relationship??
I really hope the next one will have mostly exactly the same formats and gameplay as FW, but also bring back the whistle for gaining attention of machines rather than throwing rocks? I hated trying to remember how to throw them and nearly always attracted attention in the wrong way! And I don’t want to see Aloy become too “techy” above what she already has in the form of how her outfits look. I really loved FW and would say it’s really a perfect looking game in every way. I hope the 3rd game is much the same for familiarity, but just maybe some new weapon concepts and bringing the whistle back ❤️
I hope CYAN and Gaia can work together. I hope Aloy and Seyka remain in a partnership, whether it's to just battle together or otherwise. Sona comes to the base with a few others and Aloy doesn't have to sacrifice herself nor Gaia. Tired of the sacrifices that make little differences
There is also CYAN in Horizon Frozen Wilds DLC. That AI could also be an important factor in part 3. So far it hasn't been involved with the rest of the world because of Hephaestus interference. It could become a viable help to Aloy and GAIA.
GAIA has APOLLO at the conclusion of FW. The Zeniths had a copy of the alpha build of APOLLO, they acquired it through trade giving birthing pods to Elisabet Sobeck. Aloy and company now have APOLLO they acquired it from the Zeniths during the attack on their compound. There will never a completed APOLLO as Ted Faro purged it long, long ago. APOLLO still could play are part in the final part of the trilogy, I do agree that for Aloy to overcome NEMESIS, she will have to find some old world tech and use it against it for victory.
Tbh, I dont like the direction horizon is going in. Oh, the bad guys are spoiler alert ancestors from space. I mean, we know there was a glitch that caused the faro swarm, and many speculated it was vast silver the rogue Ai, and we know through data logs it still survived. Let's say It lay dormant until the quen accidentally woke it up, thats why they have a twisted history of what happened to the ancestors because of vast silver Vast silver learns of zero dawn and realises it was gaia who shut down the swarm. Veiwing gaia as a threat, it decides to destroy her but knows it can't win in a straight fight, so it sends the signal which frees gaia subordinate functions. In this history, Vast silver is the antagonist for forbidden west, and the quen are its pawns. Then I would make hephatus the main antagonist for the 3rd installment.
Right from zero dawn, Horizon was always stated as a Trilogy.. thats why the story world and lore is so massive, So we need the final part to complete the trilogy

Recover APOLLO to learn more about the past history (lore), learn to "fix" HEPHAESTUS so it creates a Megazord with the machines to fight Nemesis
