Hard to tell. Looks like the chorus is extended power chords with the base note on g# then back to F# then Em, Asus2, Em, Asus2, back to powerchord base note f#. Doesn't sound like standard tuning though. I would guess its tuned a full step down. no idea what the verse is but you should be able to play around with the powerchords and figure it out. Might be an Am, D add 9, or E in there. Can't tell which

The numbers are from top string to bottom string, and numbered by what fret to put your fingers on.
