@10:50 it's a parody on every buddy cop movie where they destroy half the city in order to stop one kinda bad crime; and the Lt. is doing the Angry Chief trope also from cop movies
I been watching south park so many years and it still makes me giggle when the kids curse lmfao "aw shit!" "stupid assholes, how come nobody has a crime to solve?" 😂
The power of kids imagination and a csi parody. Love when South Park does these types of stories. And who do you folks think would make the best detective out of the four. Great reaction as always bro.
Kenny. A detective has to be able to think like a criminal, put himself in their shoes and anticipate their moves. Even more so, a detective might be required to go undercover or search for clue in a location where an obvious cop would stick out to much, so a detective must also be able to walk the walk and talk the talk. It's also common for a detective to form relationships with informants to keep them in the know about the local criminal scene, and sometimes letting a low-level criminal off the hook to get a gang leader or vicious killer. Because of this it's an open secret in law enforcement that many detectives have somewhat shady pasts, having been in gangs or gone to juvie or even spend time in jail before turning their lives around. So I think Kenny's background and ties to the local criminals through his parent's meth lab would set him up to be a detective.
Actually it is both and more. It is basically all cop action movies of 80's and 90's including Beverly Hills Cop and a couple others i'm blanking on. Detective getting yelled at by his captian was a common trope for a while.
I love the episodes where the kids are just being kids...to an extent 😂 One of my favorites is S06E13 "The return of the fellowship of the ring to the two towers" a Lord of the Rings parody
★ S 5, Ep. 6 - *Proper Condom Use* ( mr mackey & ms choks0ndik Episode ) ★ S 9, Ep. 7 - *Erection Day* (Jimmy Episode) ★ S 5 Ep. 12 : *Here Comes the Neighborhood* (Token Episode ft *Will Smith* ) 🔥 also i recommend you : *_ManBearPig_*_ episodes_ S 10, Ep. 6 - *ManBearPig* S 22, Ep. 6 - *Time to Get Cereal* S 22, Episode 7: *'Nobody Got Cereal?'* *_Towelie episodes_* S 10, Ep. 5 - *A Million Little Fibers* S 14, Ep. 7 - *Crippled Summer* *_BONUS TRACK_* S16 E6 - *I Should Have Never Gone Ziplining* S 23, Ep. 7 - *Board Girls*
9:28 Given how much of South Park you have watched, wouldn't you have expected them to actually give them a real police assignment instead of basic moral lessons? This is the same town with Officer Barbrady, Detective Yate, Dr. Mephesto, and Mr. Garrison for Pete's sake!
I miss episodes like these where the kids are just cops, lord of the rings or music agents. I'm not saying all episodes have to be like this, but I feel this kind of childish fun is missing from episodes these days.
This one is a really funny episode, when the kids are just being kids its usually good. I would also recommend season 16, episode 6 - I Should Have Never Gone Ziplining. Its hilarious
@17:28 I always thought that when Butter's said he saw a pic of Stan's Mom's boobs, he was talking about when the boys took a pic of Cartman's butt in the Preschool episode. The only problem is that Preschool was Season 8 Episode 10...
I think it's actually a running gag throughout the series that Sharon's boobs are considered niiice. But yeah, those two episodes are the most explicit about it.
S04 E16 - The Wacky Molestation Adventure A great episode and according to Stone and Parker, with out giving away the plor, ther're certain parts of this script that they found hard to write because of certain things being done by The Simpsons. This in turned caused them to write another episode later on, "The Simpsons Did It" which I believe you've reacted to already
@@lightyagami1752 believe it or not Nascar used to be very exciting to watch. A combination of restrictor plates and controversial rules have contributed to the sport's decline. However its viewing is a tradition in American households if nothing else.
@@Auovix Yeah, I know, but not all American households. There's a bit of a stereotype attached to it, which is what that episode is all about. I'm not American. I love motorsports. I follow F1 avidly, and occasionally F2, WRC etc.
Here’s some episode recommendations: “Merry Christmas Charlie Manson”, “Terrance and Phillip in Not Without My Anus”, “All About Mormons”, “The New Terrance and Phillip Movie Trailer”, “Chinpokomon”, and “Jewbilee”

"We're dead. That's gay." The best line I have ever heard

14:55 The part where they did "BANG BANG BANG" while literally getting shot at is one of my favourite South Park scenes of all time.
You need to see Raisins! It's one of the best episodes of the whole show!
It proves Wendy is a continuing source of inspiration.

Goth Kids 3 Season 17 Episode 4 🌊🌊🌊
Nah that one sucks ass.
Second this
No
Yes

Let’s be honest, the boys were without a doubt the best officers that South Park PD ever had
Not rush hour, but lethal weapon. Those guys were destroying everything.
Actually it is both and more. It is basically all cop action movies of 80's and 90's including Beverly Hills Cop and a couple others i'm blanking on. Detective getting yelled at by his captian was a common trope for a while.

Oh my God.
It is young Harrison Yates on background, without moustaches.
i love when the kids are just acting like actual kids
until they get takensetiously by cops almost arrested and whatever
Those two weird kids are 50% of all kids I remember from the early 2000's
And the 90s
9:28 Given how much of South Park you have watched, wouldn't you have expected them to actually give them a real police assignment instead of basic moral lessons?
This is the same town with Officer Barbrady, Detective Yate, Dr. Mephesto, and Mr. Garrison for Pete's sake!
Yep, it was Rush Hour. "Man, that block was already messed up."
I love episodes when Kyle and Cartman are on the same team.
And not only that, *whispers* You did a really good job.
I’m surprised bro hasn’t watched the Black Friday Series👀
FR!!!!
Exactly
Easily among my all time favorite episodes of South Park. “Would anyone like a daaaance?”
I miss episodes like these where the kids are just cops, lord of the rings or music agents. I'm not saying all episodes have to be like this, but I feel this kind of childish fun is missing from episodes these days.
I actually wondered when you gonna react to this one and here we go 😂
That "Does any want to DAAAANCE" lady was hilarious 😂
You know that Butters is 100% grounded after being missing for 2 days!
“WHY WON’T SHE LET ME EAT THAT PIE?????” 😂
The fuel immediately running out of the plane always gets me brooo lmao
This one is a really funny episode, when the kids are just being kids its usually good. I would also recommend season 16, episode 6 - I Should Have Never Gone Ziplining. Its hilarious
Dude, I watched that episode and was like "So cool! I hope Disfunk does a reaction." and I'm glad it's here!
Haha it was a dope episode!
Also, I'd like to recommend the 10th episode of season 10, simply titled "Miss Teacher Bangs a Boy." It's kinda hilarious.
So this aired around 2003 I imagine? Was $30k seriously the standard for detectives back then?? That sounds super low, even for the early 2000s.
“Mr.Garrisons fancy new v@g!na”
9:49 and all that happened with them knocking on the door😂
12:05 I think you cant see kenny because at this time they never showed him before. but i could be wrong
