    The best strategy of change is to make awareness happen in organisation member inside out, it's hard to verbal explain, must to need knowledge awareness, know by not told.

    thank you for such an informational video, but I wanted to suggest one thing for the future videos: please, stop making the sound "aaaa, aaaa" after each word you make "aaaa". These sounds are annoying when you watch video for one hour.

      Agree 100%. It was difficult to follow because of aaaaaam, though the material is good
