The main diff IMO are..
1. US is a Presidential democracy where as IND is a parliamentary democracy.
2. US is a capitalist economy where as IND is a socialistic market economy
3. When in comes to Law & Order US & IND are worlds apart. For instance, civil disobedience gets rewarded in India.
4. Indian police earn peanuts compared to their american counterparts. They work inhumane hrs without proper facilities where as US cops earn respectable amt with proper equipment & streamlined work schedule which is why they r able to perform better. But not everyone have positive outlook towards 'em tho....especially black community.
5. US follows min government max governance but here its limited to the electoral slogans. :(
6. They started off with low population and huge land so they were able to plan every city in the country where as IND population density is huge from the start. Moreover, 90% illiteracy, food scarcity changed our priorities.
7. Our education primarily concentrates on marks oriented approach where as most western institutions give imp to practicals. Its silly that even with such a large STEM population we are still poor in innovation.
Finally, if you want to see development stop following socialist economy it takes us nowhere. Had we applied our very own concept of Chanakyan state we would be in a better position now. Am I missing anything let me know ☺
