I fully agree with you both around the tiktok subject. To me it gives off serious bad vibes down to how it works, the content on it and the amount of data that it gathers on users. Our kids are being conditioned to give up their privacy. It's getting close to the point where some don't even understand the meaning of privacy.
I don't know that much about it but I think the metaverse runs a very high risk of disconnecting people from real life where they will grow to the point that they don't feel normal human emotions like compassion, happiness etc and to an extent unable to connect in real life unless it's synthetically delivered from a cartoon character on a screen. Just like gaming, tablets, phones do.
Josh do you think it could be that nature has chosen you rather than you choosing nature? Sending out frequencies? What are your thoughts around this? Im relating to the part of the podcast at the beginning where Harry mentions that program about plants frequencies/noises.
