I have been using VRT for a number of years and LOVE it! I am on the Westcoast of Canada and clients are fascinated with this technique. I mostly use her Sandwich method. Much gratitude Lynne Booth & David
Thanks SO much, David, for your detailed appraisal of my Vertical Reflexology Charts. Much appreciated, With reference to the "Helper Lateral Spine Reflex" on my VRT Chart on side of the feet and hands: the original idea was not mine but I learnt the benefits early on in my career from my mentor and original reflexology tutor, Tony Porter, of Advanced Reflexology Techniques (ART). I studied for my Diploma with him in the International Institute of Reflexology (IIR) Course.
Thank you David 😀. I did one of Lynne's online VRT courses during lockdown. I've used her methods with great success to help a client with frozen shoulder.
This is extremely fascinating.❤️ I work primarily with the hand reflexes as well. I will be diving into to her studies. Thank you for sharing as this is absolutley wonderful.
Hi David, a lovely presentation, I guess you are working with the foot charts that you have collected? As in the chronology, between Chris Stormer and Lynne, there are quite a few more charts that have added to the evolvement of Reflexology 😊 One of the most important links between reflexology and the use of TCM knowledge through the feet was the Chi-Reflexology Foot Chart. The bladder pathway is shown in the correct placing. It is interesting how it cannot be the bladder pathway through the hands 👏 A huge amount of correlations were worked out by Moss Arnold in the mid 90’s which led to his Anatomical Reflection Theory and the first Reflexology Foot Chart to present the theory. Lyn Hatfield WA also started to make changes to Dwight s chart. There were also other charts during this era of evolution. It’s an interesting journey.

Hi Sharon. If you want to send me one of the Chi Reflexology charts (as Lynne has done) I'd be very happy to include it in this series of WRW. x
