Ever try to play Misfits with ALL downstokes? Your arm will fall the F (😉) off.
Better to use all downstrokes in certain parts like on the Fs for instance. If you pay attention you'll hear where one way or the other sounds right.
And arms like Doyle's wouldn't hurt lol.

+ShinyJuice it all depends man, sometimes alternate picking sounds way better than all downstrokes, it is a lot more work for your strumming hand and wrist if you do all downstrokes too, save yourself some energy, lol.....

+ShinyJuice using alternate strumming whenever possible also makes you a better guitar player over time. using all downstrokes kind of limits your playing!
