RE the safe thing: Gavin is actually correct about it being the bolts that will stop it being nicked. A safe should be dynabolted to a solid floor or wall through a structural element.
If they can carry the safe inside the house when you buy it, then someone else can carry it back out again.

Unless you're being robbed by Superman, no one is going to be able to just carry a safe away. It takes several people and a lot of time and equipment to move a safe.
Just a few months ago, Burnie told a story on the podcast about a guy he knew who tried to steal a safe. He was able to unbolt it, but eventually gave up because it was way too heavy to move.
T. Wiggins My father is a locksmith. To install safes they have 4 people carry it in, or just wheel it on one of those wheely trollies with help. One of the trollies even has this bomb ass wheel arrangement that lets it climb stairs.
If they can carry it in, people can carry it out.
With dynabolts through a structural beam that's a good few hours to somewhat quietly get it out, or a shit tonne of noise
+fellowship of the goat why carry it out? if you are smart you do that when no one is there, at night then you open it. and take whats inside
DOWNWITHHACKERS2015 Cracking a safe quickly is not quiet, and if you are doing it quietly it is not quick. Major major risk of being disturbed.
Easiest way is to wait til there's nobody on the street, tear it out, stick it in a van and drive off to your lock up.
