The Picanto is a very nice car for the money, it does everything you really need a city car to do. And with a 7 year warranty it is one of the best cars for a first car in my honest opinion.
Same, I've not had any issues so far really. Just a couple of niggles but they've all been fixed, hassle-free under warranty. I'm very tempted to switch to the latest Picanto next when I switch cars I've been that impressed with it.
Hey, this is Antony. (I'm on a different channel nowadays). That's great to hear! I had this car for 4 years in the end. It never let me down, and was a joy to own. I quite miss it, and am certain you'll love yours 😁.
Hi, thank you for watching first of all! As I said I would definitely recommend this if you want a comfortable, reliable and dependable small car. I have still not had any mechanical problems so far. There have been one or two little niggles though, for instance the steering wheel height adjustment lever keeps jamming in place and there is a rattle or two. However, they are probably specific to my one and overall I have been very impressed with the reliability. Also all Kia's come with a 7 year, 100,000 mile warranty that is fully transferable. A very nice little car.
I have the exact same car, but 2016. do you have any issues with reverse on yours? I do not know much about cars but my car-dealer said it is normal, you just have to put 1-gear and then reverse, sounds weird to me :/
(I'm on a different account right now). Yeah, I've had this happen to me occasionally. I've never asked about it, as I looked it up and it does seem to be very common. All I do is put it into neutral and release the clutch, and then it'll go in reverse no problem. It might be a safety feature perhaps, to stop you going into reverse accidentally. I'm not too sure
Around 6ft. So that considered, the back seats are really not bad at all. I had a Renault Clio recently for around a week as a courtesy car, and that was more cramped in the back seats. And that car sits in the class above, so I think they did a great job in maximising the space in the cabin.
Hi, this is Antony (I'm on a different channel nowadays). Yes it does! I do not own this car anymore, so I'm not certain if it is operated by the key or just a switch, but either way it'll be operated within the 2 rear doors.
Hey. I'm the uploader, I'm just using a different account. This was resolved a couple of months after this was uploaded; it was the timing chain mechanism that was causing the noise and it was fixed under warranty 👍
