My BEST TACO for Tacos Al Vapor in Southern California is from " Tacos Estilo Guadalajara.
This family run and owned business makes them to perfection. It's a taco de cabeza cooked with steam. You are really going to love them.
I invited my good friend Alonso Gurrola with Cocinando Con Alonso. This world class chef fell in love with these tacos! The magic is in the cooking method and we can't saying enough great things about this tortilla. It really retains it's heat!

Iam black living here in San Diego the pass 33 years and been to and know where all the best taco shops and Mexican restaurants here in San Diego and come to appreciate Mexican cuisine and there culture but looking at this video will start making road trips to Los Angeles SERIOUSLY!
