So glad I found you guys! As an ultra runner from the UK that loves lifting weights really appreciate your content, and I’m loving your training app!

Love this! My hubby told me yall posted this and I couldn’t wait to watch it!
Do yall have one for quads? Watching this, I realized, most of my exercises are more glute and hamstring dominant. Would love to have some exercises to focus strictly on quads with our home gym.

I don't know how y'all feel since taking a breaking from crossfit competition but you both have really toned up quite a bit. Y'alls teaching is great. Keep it up.

Great exercises! Do the toes have to be pointed outward in sumo squats/deadlifts?

Love the way you guys present and demo these exercises. I'm working by myself in the gym and sometimes struggle to correct form, but coming back to your videos really has helped me dial-in either on where my form was breaking down, or a key position in my set up for an exercise. Thanks so much!

Very nice video with awesome excersises. Only point i was thinking of is you keep saying "dropping down". I always go for time under tension. So on the way down i slow down. Or are we looking for something else? Anyways, keep the videos coming! 💪🏻

Time under tension is very important, we are talking mostly about "positions" in this video and did not mean to sound like we meant "fast"
