Love this! My hubby told me yall posted this and I couldn’t wait to watch it! Do yall have one for quads? Watching this, I realized, most of my exercises are more glute and hamstring dominant. Would love to have some exercises to focus strictly on quads with our home gym.
I don't know how y'all feel since taking a breaking from crossfit competition but you both have really toned up quite a bit. Y'alls teaching is great. Keep it up.
I always look forward to your videos. So educational and useful. From a fellow (old) cross fitter and Buckeye in Shelby Co.! :) Keep up the GREAT work.
Love the way you guys present and demo these exercises. I'm working by myself in the gym and sometimes struggle to correct form, but coming back to your videos really has helped me dial-in either on where my form was breaking down, or a key position in my set up for an exercise. Thanks so much!
Very nice video with awesome excersises. Only point i was thinking of is you keep saying "dropping down". I always go for time under tension. So on the way down i slow down. Or are we looking for something else? Anyways, keep the videos coming! 💪🏻
Here is another comment. I have taken a break from youtube so i haven't been seeing your videos for a while. You are both nice and you have the best, most informative, videos out there. God bless yall.
So glad I found you guys! As an ultra runner from the UK that loves lifting weights really appreciate your content, and I’m loving your training app!

@Kristi will do participate to the Games this year ? Can't wait to see you compete again :)
Great video guys! Very clear and easy to follow, I love the focus on good form, and the production quality just keeps getting better!! ❤

Wow this video caught my attention immediately and was worth watching

Great exercises! Do the toes have to be pointed outward in sumo squats/deadlifts?
For sumo, your toes should be pointed out!!
Thank you for sharing! I love the run/strength program! Closing out the first month soon!
Awesome!! We LOVE to hear that. Keep up the hard work!!

Hi guys. Always so well done with cuing form in these instructional videos.
Thank you so much.

Time under tension is very important, we are talking mostly about "positions" in this video and did not mean to sound like we meant "fast"
great info
Glad it was helpful! Thank you! 😁✌️
