Yes that's what it is like, I was there yesterday and will return tonight as I enjoy beer, loud music and watching the girls dance on the bars, not much else you can do in my advanced years.
Seems very busy, didn't see many people drinking in the bars.
Are they spending money or just out for an after dinner walk? What sort of rents do these bars pay?
Not many tourists from western countries anymore from what your video shows.
