The ‘more bullets’ thing is to do with them making fire rate independent of framerate. Not framerate specifically, but that a new bullet would only fire on a new frame, so having a framerate that was match to the fire rate, or one that was very fast was an advantage. This game also does have an issue where the FPS is good, but say you might get 20 frames in the first 0.6s, then 80 in the last 0.4, so ‘100fps’ but it feels worse, though the effect is more sporadic than that (multiple framerate switches a second averaging out).

One thing I noticed is that choco gets shot nearly to death in most gunfights but the opponent fails to git him that one last time to knock him. I've played a good amount of hours in squads and dont get to survive that often with just a few hp anywhere near how often he does. I can count on one hand the times enemies take me down to 1 hp or near. I guess it's just luck
To all of the people being confused about choco choosing K9 over M24, it has nothing to do with the bullet velocity or damage. He started to prefer M24 over K9 after the Sniper damage buff, but lately he returned back to K9 just because of the Shark Bite skin. He has clearly said that there are not enough M24 skins and that's why he doesn't enjoy using it much.
Only after thr update, listen to them around 3:40. Originally the map had circles that were almost always on center. But after the most recent update, they made so that the first circle is more random
Pubg mobile is full of bots and hackers, people who dont speak english and wont communicate normally and african teammates who will granade you to steal your loot
M24 does more damage across the board and can use an extended mag. But the Kar98 has a more consistent bullet drop (the m24's is straight than drops drastically) and can use the belt. The most impactful difference to me is that the m24 allows 1 shot to the neck without helmet as opposed to a kar98
the concept of frames wich choco is talking about makes me think about fallout 4 where frames are "locked" on the actual time in the game. i don't really know.
