what to expect nowadays in ANY Alaska port is...excursion prices have gone through the roof...double and triple the prices...open up your wallets if you like excursions...we're going back for the 5th time, next May...won't be taking that many excursions this time...we used to take 1 at every port but they've priced themselves out of even being reasonable
Hey… we’ve been on 4 Alaska cruises too! We were supposed to have been on our 5th Alaska cruise a couple weeks ago, but had to cancel 🥲. We pretty much steer clear of the excursions for the most part too. 👍

How close was it from where the ship docked to the gondola ride?
Hmmmm… I’m guessing that the edge of the Wilderness Landing Dock to the green transporter gondola was maybe 200 feet? 😁
I'll be on the Bliss mid-June, 2024. I booked the skyglider, and hope the bears don't eat me, when I'm up there. I got $50 off all of my excursions, so this one is cheap.
It's 5 months until my cruise, and I've got all of my excursions booked. Same for my October 2024 cruise.
June AND October? I’m jealous! We’re going in May 2024. A 10-day cruise on the Sun.

What is the price for the Skyrider Gandola?
Got my ticket via NCL. I don’t remember the price, but current pricing on NCL’s website is $69 for adults and $59 for kids.
